Où les données de forms.app sont-elles stockées ?
forms.app utilise Google Cloud Platform pour toutes ses instances, et il évolue automatiquement sans aucun temps d'arrêt lorsque cela est nécessaire. Nos serveurs sont situés en Belgique, EU (europe-west1-b).

Protection contre le spam
forms.app offre des options de vérification humaine visible et invisible par CAPTCHA, ainsi que des validations de champs pour empêcher les soumissions de spam.

Sécurité des comptes sur forms.app
forms.app fournit les outils nécessaires pour garder votre compte sécurisé en permanence. Vous pouvez mettre en place une authentification à deux facteurs, gérer les permissions des utilisateurs pour décider qui a accès à vos formulaires avec différents niveaux, et sauvegarder vos données chaque fois que nécessaire.

Confidentialité de vos formulaires
Vous avez le contrôle total de vos formulaires. Modifiez facilement le niveau d'accès, ne les partagez qu'avec des personnes spécifiques, programmez la mise en ligne et la fermeture de vos formulaires dans un certain délai, définissez des restrictions de géolocalisation et désactivez-les sans perdre de données.

Sécurité des infrastructures et des réseaux
Nos mesures de sécurité réseau protègent votre réseau et vos données contre les brèches, les intrusions et autres menaces. Nous utilisons un filtrage de base fourni par CloudFlare pour protéger vos données et votre réseau de toute attaque potentielle par déni de service. Les serveurs sont renforcés avec des autorisations d'accès minimales et ne sont accessibles que par les employés via un VPN crypté sur 2048 bits à l'aide de clés privées. En plus des services de sécurité tiers, nous surveillons en permanence le système pour détecter toute activité suspecte, garantissant ainsi une infrastructure sécurisée pour tous les appareils, utilisateurs et applications.

Reprise après sinistre
forms.app sauvegarde les données en temps réel sur plusieurs serveurs hébergés par notre fournisseur de services, Google Cloud. En cas d'urgence, les données seront toujours en sécurité et pourront être récupérées.

Sécurité des employés
forms.app signe des accords de confidentialité avec les employés et les sous-traitants. En outre, tous les employés et les sous-traitants disposent d'un moyen commun de signaler les incidents, et ils suivent au moins une formation annuelle sur la sensibilisation à la sécurité.

1.4. Separation Control;

1.5. Pseudonymization;

2.1. Transfer Control;
Measures to ensure that personal data cannot be read, copied, altered or removed by unauthorized persons during electronic transmission or while being transported or stored on data media, and that it is possible to verify and establish to which entities personal data are intended to be transmitted by data transmission equipment.

4.5. Data Processing Agreement(DPA)
forms.app has a standard Data Processing Agreement(DPA) for its users with respect to the Processing of Personal Data by us on behalf of you in connection with the forms.app Services under the Terms of Use between you and us.
Our Data Processing Agreement offers GDPR requirements, Standard Contractual Clauses and our security measures. To ensure no inconsistent or additional terms are imposed on us beyond that reflected in our standard DPA and model clauses, we cannot agree to sign customers’ DPAs.
We will not be able to redraft or add any clause to the DPA and can not sign customers’ DPAs. If you wish to sign a DPA please fill out this form.
Once we received your reply the DPA will be emailed to you and will be signed electronically by both parties.
forms.app signs confidentiality agreements with the employees and contractors. Also, all employees and contractors have a common way to report incidents approved by the organization and they will undergo at least an annual security awareness training.
